Amid the ongoing national discussion on the Women’s Reservation Bill, Union Minister Annapurna Devi expressed confidence that the legislation will be passed and will play a significant role in enhancing women’s participation in leadership and governance.

Speaking in Delhi, Annapurna Devi said that the government, under the leadership of Narendra Modi, has consistently focused on women’s empowerment and has taken multiple initiatives to uplift women across sectors. She emphasized that the Women’s Reservation Bill is part of this broader vision.

She stated that the Prime Minister has continuously worked towards creating opportunities for women and ensuring their active participation in decision making processes.
